Thu, 11/19/2009How many people are aware that the new city policy that went into effect on Nov. 2nd means that failing to put out two recycling bins with your trash (even if they are empty,) will result in your trash not being picked up? John in Your Neighborhood - Jewelry District
Wed, 09/09/2009Dear Friend,
I cordially invite you to join me on Wednesday, September 16 at 6:30pm at The Art Bar, 171 Chestnut Street in Providence to help draft a Fair Use Doctrine for our city.

Councilman Lombardi Calls for Appointments to Recreational Advisory Board

As a result, the board is unable to meet due to a lack of a quorum”, Councilman Lombardi noted.

Tue, 07/28/2009On Thursday, July 23, I had the honor of speaking to the Rhode Island Building Trades at their monthly meeting. Representatives from the Painters, Brick Layers, Pipe Fitters, Iron Workers, Sheet Metal Workers, and Cement Workers were joined by a large contingent of their brothers and sisters from Providence.
Allow me to share with you the remarks I offered to that enthusiastic audience.
Good Morning.
